Insight is an effective tool as it is the NSW DoE nominated Microsoft Reseller. Through the Insight DoE Shop you can purchase licenses for DoE Offices, Schools and TAFEs. Teachers and employees can purchase download media under the Microsoft Work at Home (WAH) terms of the DoE Microsoft contract. (Insight.com).  Insight supports students to learn the functionality of various hardware and software components and best practices in maintenance and safety issues which is fundamental in understanding ICT systems.
