iMovie is a moviemaking application that lets you create movies and it is for IOS devices and is also compatible with Mac. It is suitable for high school students as it allows opportunity for students to present their project findings by digital story telling through a video created with iMovie. It can import photos and videos from hard drive and user can then edit by adding titles, text, themes music and effects such as animation, video enhancement tools and transitions. iMovie is a powerful and highly engaging tool for students to share their knowledge and express themselves in the form of digital movies. Students can create high-quality video reports to demonstrate abstract concepts, or documentaries to increase the relevance of social issues. Teachers would want to use iMovie because it is a creative strategy for showcasing
student learning. Students are highly motivated and stay on-task while learning
